Assisted Supine T-Bar Cervical Rotation
This is a drill to assist the cervical rotation pattern in the supported position.
This is a drill to assist cervical rotation.
Set Up: Lie on your back, knees bent and hip-width apart, arms extended up over the chest. Hold the band in each hand.
Action: Then pull the band apart by lowering your arms to the floor in a "T" position. Maintaining arm position, rotate the head fully to the right and then to the left. Make sure the body remains stable while the head moves.
Return: Bring the head back to a neutral position, return arms to the position above the chest in a controlled manner.
