Set Up: Lie on your back, knees bent and hip-width apart, arms extended up over the chest. Hold the band in each hand.
Action: Then pull the band apart by flexing your right shoulder and extending left shoulder simultaneously. Maintaining arm position, begin moving head freely in all directions to mimic a "bobblehead" figurine. Make sure the body remains stable while the head moves.
Return: Bring the head back to a neutral position, return arms to the position above the chest in a controlled manner. Repeat the process, switching arm positions.
