This is a drill to establish the ability to move the head freely while the body remains stable using feedback.

Set Up: Lie on your back, knees bent and hip-width apart, arms extended up over the chest.  Hold the band in each hand.

Action: Then pull the band apart by lowering your arms to the floor in a "T" position.  Maintaining arm position, begin moving head freely in all directions to mimic a "bobblehead" figurine.  Make sure the body remains stable while the head moves.

Return: Bring the head back to a neutral position, return arms to the position above the chest in a controlled manner.
