Gray Cook and Brett Jones give some fundamental instruction on the kettlebell squat while at the 2012 CK-FMS in St. Paul, MN. Gray advises that squatting with the kettlebell is valuable as both a functional and strength exercise. Brett demonstrates the goblet squat, the single kettlebell squat, and finishes with a loaded squat with two kettlebells.

Thanks for sharing this awesome presentation by Brett Jones & Gray Cook on the squat. I just want to share that I got a lot out of the Dynami DVD  I bought last year.

I kind of see posterior pelvic rotation at full squat and a locked out Thoraco-lumbar junction of the spine- I thought you were saying that that was not indicated.  I understand the more vertical alignment with an anterior load and I agree but is limited by hip flexibility.
