Bridging “That” Gap
Written by Brandon Bennett Video
Summary:
When is it corrective exercise and when is it performance training? This session bridges the gap between fundamental movement ability and directly applying motor control and load variables to advance performance training. The connection along the movement continuum serves the ever-changing needs of fitness and performance athletes. Examples will be given that target effective small group and team training to lead a progressive approach to fitness and performance programs.
