Joe Heiler asks Gray to explain his philosophy on which patterns to attack first in cleaning up mobility. According to Gray, the FMS says to fix the active straight leg raise, then proceed with shoulder mobility (T-Spine mobility).
Inside with Gray Cook is a 13-part series where Joe Heiler from SportsRehabExpert.com grabs an interview and in-depth tour of Gray's new clinic in his home town of Chatham, VA. If you missed last week's episode, you may watch Episode 3 here.

As a physiotherapist trained in Pilates, you have helped me better understand how looking at how the entire body moves is so important in achieving the best rehab outcome. What I used to think was neuro rehab is so relevant now, guess it's back to rediscovering PNF techniques!
Thank you.
