Finally!!!! So happy to see this! I've been such a big fan of FMS/SFMA AND CrossFit. I'm really happy to see Gray and Kelly shed some light on how both worlds can co-exist. This is the future of health and fitness.
I'm happy to KNOW that they can and do co-exist. We are fortunate to experience this at Engineered Bodies Strength & Conditioning here at Port Moody, BC Canada. They have not only incorporated into Crossfit but also to improve Yogis.
