Charles Shaw

Dr. Shaw received his Doctorate and Master of Science degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition from New York Chiropractic College after completing a Master of of Science degree in Education from Nazareth College of Rochester. He attained dean’s list honors at both colleges and is an active alum. He is a past recipient of the Loyd Henby Distinguished Service Award and upon graduation was awarded the NYCC Health Center Award for high level of excellence in patient evaluation, patient interaction, and adjustive procedures. Before becoming a Chiropractor, Dr. Shaw enjoyed a modest career in the fields of public and higher education. As a teacher and administrator he has quite a breadth of experience ranging from elementary school children in a public school setting to graduate level students in a mid-sized private college setting. Charlie is an addicted runner and completed his first full marathon in 2007. He is an avid golfer and also enjoys downhill skiing. Some of his other hobbies include reading, playing and writing music, watching movies and bow hunting. He is a Central New York native and currently maintains residence near the city of Rochester.
