Set Up: Get into a quadruped position with the knees under the hips and the hands under the shoulders with the spine in a neutral position.

Action: Keeping the arms straight, transition the body from the quadruped position to the half-kneeling position by moving the torso to an upright position while simultaneously bringing the left knee forward.  Make sure the body remains stable, especially the lumbar spine.

Return: Resume the quadruped position. Repeat the process using the right leg.
