Single Leg Supported Chop with FMT
This is an upper body dynamic exercise in the single leg stance position.
- Starting Position:

Securely attach the middle of the tubing at a high point of attachment. Perform a single leg stance ahead of the point of attachment to the foot that is farthest from the anchor point. Place the closest foot on a step in front of the body for balance assistance only. From the side, you should have a straight line from head to the ankle of the stance leg.
Pull tubing down and across the chest while keeping it close to your body.
All actions should be done with the arms. The tubing should come across the body from shoulder to opposite hip and palms facing down and in line with the closest arm. Maintain a long and tall spine through the entire movement. . Before starting your exercise, please make sure the point of attachment of the tubing is secure.
