FMS Level 1 Online Included

FMS Level 1 Online is now provided as a resource prior to attending the FMS Level 1.  Viewing the Virtual Course Sections in the Online Course is not required as all content will be covered in the live event. It can be utilized as a resource post-course. Please note:  FMS Level 1 Online becomes available at the time of live course registration and the cost ($599) is nonrefundable.

Take your knowledge from FMS Level 1 and take a deep dive into how to utilize the movement screen results to guide your decisions for corrective exercise programming and design.  

This course is very interactive with plenty of time allocated for practical experience, group discussions and case studies.
