Get-up Ankle Rotations
This exercise is for ankle mobility.
- Starting Position:
- Supine
Begin in the Get Up position with the kettlebell in the pressed position. Flex the knee and hip that is on the same side as the kettlebell, so that the foot is in contact with the ground. Raise the opposite leg straight up into the air and begin to perform ankle rotations while maintaining a neutral position with the kettlebell.
