Get-up Half Kneeling to Stand with One KB
This is the seventh step in the Get Up.

From the half kneeling position begin to flex one hip and extend the other. Make sure the kettlebell remains overhead and the arm is in a neutral position. If executed properly, both legs should be doing the same amount of work in order to achieve the standing position. It is essential that the spine remains in a neutral position during the exercise.
