Functional Movement Systems, Inc. (FMS, Inc.) is delighted to introduce a new, licensed partnership in the United Kingdom and Ireland: FMS UK.

FMS, Inc. has been working with FMS UK for over two years on a Movement Patterns program, specifically tailored for schools and junior sport.

According to Functional Movement Systems, Inc, President and CEO, Dr. Lee Burton, “We are excited to welcome FMS UK into the FMS, Inc. family to foster the movement health of youth in schools and in sport throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland. For the last decade, FMS, Inc. has maintained a presence in the United Kingdom, and we look forward to working with FMS UK in order to expand the move well. move often footprint to improve the health and physical fitness of its youth.”

FMS UK utilizes the Movement Patterns program and screens for movement efficiency to ensure that every child has the basic foundations of movement quality. The program provides schools and junior sports organizations with their own software platform to deliver the unique and comprehensive system of FMS movement screening and intervention throughout the school or sports organization.

An individual profile is created for each participant for a clear and personalized development pathway. This innovative approach aims to improve movement efficiency and focuses on physical fitness and literacy.
