This course begins by describing how the Y Balance Test Protocol was developed through years of research in injury prevention and identification of motor control changes that occur after injury.
The course then covers how to administer the Y Balance Test – Lower Quarter, followed by demonstrating how to perform the Y Balance Test - Upper Quarter
Next, the course describes the extensive research related to the Y Balance Test. Finally, the course wraps by suggesting tips for testing groups and providing videos for you to use as a resource.
