Getting Started…..

We recommend the book that started it all, 'Athletic Body in Balance'. It has a companion DVD for those of you who enjoy watching the real time movement corrections and want in-depth explanations as to the most popular techniques in the book. We also recommend the audio CD, it is called 'The Five Mistakes in Core Training' and it helps complete the foundation. These 3 products will help start you on a new journey regardless of your professional or educational background.

Once you have gained an appreciation for our philosophy or you want to dive right into Assessing and Exercise Corrections, the DVD Packages will provide you with the knowledge needed to pinpoint movement weaknesses and prescribe corrective exercises. These packages will show you how to utilize the Functional Movement Screen to pinpoint underlying weaknesses and then build corrective exercise programs to allow your client/athlete or patient to become more efficient in their movements.

The packages are designed for exercise professionals dealing with general population groups or more highly active or athletic population groups. There is also a package for professionals who just want to get the latest exercise progressions created by Gray Cook and Functional Movement.

The Poster Series provides visual feedback as well as over 5 hours of presentation and lecture by Gray. This provides background and specific explanations on how to perform and incorporate the screening and exercise corrections into a complete and holistic exercise protocol.
